Well I enjoyed visiting with yall on Sunday. I know you are very very busy this summer. Grandpa and I are staying busy too. We haven't been able to travel much yet but plan to come your way if you can't get down here. We just need to talk to your Dad so we can pick a time. I'm glad you are going to get to visit North Carolina. I know you both have great memories from there.
Aunt Lulu is taking classes in fabric design and besides working Trader Joe's has started sewing. She is doing some art too. Her cat has a girlfriend but its not another cat... its a leather bag. He purrs and cuddles with it. Crazy right!?!
Aunt Joni was just here for Fathers Day. She and Natty drove down together. It was fun but would have been more fun if she had brought Coco. Coco just went to the doctor and got all her shots- poor puppy.
Natalie is in summer school at UT but might come home for 2nd session and take a class in Brownsville. She also has a job at the gym on campus. Busy girl! I'm going to try to teach her to cook this summer.
Johnny is working at a children's theater summer camp. He loves it. He leaves for UT with Natalie in August. Oh and his graduation card came back that we mailed to you so I will resend it to your new address.
Grandpa and I returned from a week of camping, fishing, and kayaking at Arroyo City. It wasn't as hot as we thought it would be - thank goodness. We were sad that we didn't catch any fish. Kayaking was way way fun.
I am busy writing, sewing costumes for the children's summer theater, birding, and trying to keep this house clean. I've been trying new recipes from the Fiddlesticks cookbook. Logan you should show that to Miss Julie or your dad. Yummy recipes.
Lady is doing good. She is so stubborn. She only wants to potty in the front yard and will hold it all day until Grandpa takes her. I don't take her in the front because she wanders off and she's so big there isn't much I can do about it!!!
Millie is Millie. Loves Grandpa and I but only tolerates everyone else. She has a rash and we are giving her bendryl. We think she is allergic to grass... oh no!
Milo is getting thinner and won't keep his flea collar on. Johnny thinks that scrawny cat is beautiful. Love is blind.
